If you are a real fan of wine_s101 like me, eventually you will be tempted to make your own wine at home. Wine Making_s201 is easy if you know the steps. However, if you do not understand the tricks, most likely you will simply get alcoholic juice or wine vinegar. Either cases, the resulting “wine” is not enjoyable.
In order to produce a drinkable home-made wine, you need to buy the right grapes (if you do not grow yourself), sanitise all the equipment carefully, use the right container and choose the suitable yeast for fermentation, keep the wine making process_s301 at the right temperature, stirring the wine mixture consistently and bottle the wine correctly.
As part of my WSET Diploma Study. I have read so many books about wine making in the last two years and made numerous wines at home. However, only a couple of them were drinkable. My ultimate goal is to make a wine_h101 that my friends will not realize that it is made at the backyard of my home. I’m still waiting for the day to come and am sure that it is not far away.

Basically, most books present you a very similar set of rules and steps for wine-making. Unfortunately, they do possess a couple of tricks and some information that you are not able to get from the others. In order to make my skills perfect, I keep reading books and even paid for courses to learn how to produce decent wine at home. Below are some more ebooks that I studied previously. Despite they are not as good as the ones that I recommended above. However, they are worth of reading if you have time, spare money and do really want to make a quality wine that you can show off in front of your friends. Good Luck!
